PRODUCT RETURNS, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY


We believe in complete customer satisfaction. All refund requests shall be carefully reviewed and processed upon approval by our customer services team.

At Easyderma, hygiene has the precedence of all things. We do not accept returns of any used dermo-cosmetic product because of the hygiene issues. If there is any defect, you need to inform us by sending an email or calling us within 24 hours of receiving the product. Under what conditions return/replacement is possible?

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Expired product delivered

  • Damaged product

  • Incomplete order - missing products

Under what conditions return/replacement is not possible?

  • Opened, used & altered products

  • Packaging damage, like monocartons, labels etc.

  • If the return request is made after 24 hours of receiving the product

  • Products with tampered or missing batch numbers, including price tags & labels, if any

REFUND PROCESS

 

Once your return request has been accepted, it usually takes about 72 hours for the product to be picked from your location and another 4-7 days for the refund to be initiated subject to product inspection. If you send the product back to us on your own, the delivery time would depend on the courier you chose. After receiving the item at our warehouse, it undergoes a product inspection that takes about 2 days. The refunds are usually initiated within 2 days after inspection of the product. Receiving the refund will depend on your preferred mode of payment. You can use our own Easyderma wallet where refund amount will be initiated within 12 hours after inspection of the product.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You can contact our customer services team to raise a cancellation request with your order number. The cancellation period typically takes 1 day after confirming cancellation by calling our phone number 9035082066 or by sending us an email at support@easyderma.com

If your order has been dispatched but it is not yet shipped, please do not accept delivery and contact Customer Services to inform them of the same. In case of prepaid orders, refunds will be processed as per our Returns policies.
